Goal

Redesign Vinted's bundle feature so buyers who start a bundle actually finish it.

Problem

It started with my own experience as a Vinted user. Putting a bundle together from a seller's wardrobe was harder than it should be: finding the pieces you want took too long, and the select/deselect buttons didn't make it clear what was already in your bundle.

Result

• Usability test with 5 users: 5/5 completed the task.

• Task time down 30%.

What I designed

• A search bar and chips inside the seller's wardrobe, so buyers can find items quickly.

• A clearer selection: "select / selected" states instead of "select / deselect", with green filled buttons for instant visual feedback.

Why it matters for Vinted

Vinted charges a fee on every order: a percentage of the price plus a fixed amount. The more pieces in a bundle, the bigger the order and the more Vinted earns. An easier bundle flow is good for buyers, for sellers and for the business.
